Performed in partnership with the local governing authority and a specialist development partner, the master plan study was performed as a peer review of the planning authorities’ existing master plan and rezoning strategy. Following the completion of their new film school in 2021, the state and school entities governing the development of the surrounding land commissioned RAD and the commissioned development partner to explore potential options for a profitable phasing strategy that would drive interest to the site as well as provide hands-on opportunities to the students now flocking to the adjacent film school campus.
