As part of our longstanding partnership with Colony Cooks, a ghost kitchen developer based in Los Angeles, RAD has been a critical team member and co-investor since the business’ inception in 2018. Working alongside the operations team through multiple iterations of their Santa Monica Blvd location, our team has developed an incredibly sophisticated understanding of Colony’s unique business model and the factors which differentiate their in-person sales strategy and highly ergonomic kitchen layouts. By delivering a quality walk-in experience alongside a dense back of house operation with the highest number of per-foot tenancies, Colony Kitchen Venice is the newest and most efficient location currently on market in greater Los Angeles. The project opened in September of 2024 and is the second of a 5 building expansion strategy across the city.
