Chapter Eugene

Part of a partnership with Clayco Realty Group and Kenter Capital, Chapter Eugene is a luxury student housing development in downtown Eugene. As part of the development team beginning with acquisition all the way through construction and lease-up, RAD managed all aspects of the project through its life cycle. Our team master planned the structure alongside the developer during due diligence and prior to the incorporation of the architecture and engineering team to assist the development team in creating accurate proformas and a highly streamlined design process that was based on the work done months before their contracting. RAD executed all unit layouts, interior design, and visualizations to create holistic integrated architectural materials for both the construction and marketing teams.
