This undisclosed sports facility is a prospective development strategy for the large swaths of land surrounding an existing practice facility. Having gone through several master planning exercises since 2000, RAD and its development partner were brough in as studio and development consultants to propose an actionable and realistic development strategy to utilize the expanse of undeveloped land owned by the iconic franchise. Building off proven idea within the sports and entertainment sphere for connective fan experiences, the project centers around a multifunction office and flex structure that can house both the growing team administration as well meet the demand for immersive fan experiences.
